rates 

• Extra overnight guests are $25/week or $5/day.
  

• Deduct $150 per cabin from weekly rates for rentals in May, May 27th through June 3rd, September, and October.
  

• Weekend rentals are available in spring and fall.
  

• Cottages and six-bedroom homes are open from early May through early October.
  

• Rates include the use of our rowboats, canoe, kayaks, and paddleboat.  We have a limited supply of life preservers.  Motors are available for rent in the area.  We have pier parking spaces for your boats.  The public boat launch is available on Rest Lake. 
  

• Wisconsin sales tax of 5.5% and local room tax of 4.5% is not included in the above rates.
  

• Advance non-refundable deposit of $150 per week, per cottage, and $250 per week for the Cardinal's Point.
  

• We accept cash and checks but not credit cards.
  

• Cottage rentals are due upon arrival.

• Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m.
